When we do walking meditation, we can take each step in gratitude and joy because we know that we are walking on the Earth. We can walk with gentle steps, in reverence to Mother Earth who gave us birth and of whom we are a part. The Earth we’re walking on is sacred. We should be very respectful because we know we’re walking on our Mother.
